The Client Reporting Associate is responsible for a full range of activities that ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of assigned TMG operations.

We are seeking a tech savvy, creative personality, who is able to create well detailed, vibrant reports for our clients and operations teams. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with our operations teams.

Our Client Reporting Associate responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Use of Excel to design data management and reporting tools and assist with initiatives that automate reporting;
  • Provide support to Operations to create and revise account monthly/quarterly reports and Assist Operations with quarterly/annual business reviews utilizing MS Power Point and Excel.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for special projects within the operation; and attention-grabbing graphics.
  • Maintain quality control, ensuring on-time delivery and report accuracy by the management team
  • Collaborate with the Management team on new and existing client reporting requirements and requests; Develop a comprehensive knowledge of client data, portfolios and client reporting
  • Design and document work flows under the direction of Operations Management
  • Independently produce client and portfolio reporting using MS Excel and PowerPoint; Every client is different
  • Assist the management team on troubleshooting any data reporting errors.
  • Source and manipulate data from different sources to provide analysis needed for portfolio and client reporting.
  • Assist in assigning monthly training for all TMG Associates through corporate VLC and tracking monthly completions
  • Create/distribute client surveys; monitor and compile results
  • Other projects, as assigned



Requirements:

  • Experience in gathering, organizing and reporting various types of information and data;
  • Client service experience preferred with acute attention to detail;
  • Problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to take initiative;
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience working within gathering data
  • Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required, with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, graphs, conditional formatting, and slicers). You will be tested on your excel skill.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or High School diploma
  • Adept at operating in high-volume, deadline-driven environments and thrive in a corporate/professional and rapidly evolving atmosphere.
