Client Services is the face and voice of Investortools, providing high-touch service to our clients. We inspire client loyalty by building strong relationships and providing expert solutions for complex workflows that enhance our client's ability to execute their jobs efficiently and manage their portfolios responsibly.

The main focus of the Client Service Associate role lies in educating our clients about our intricate and comprehensive software tools, while also devising elegant and streamlined solutions for their workflows. We inspire confidence by providing expert guidance to our clients.

Client Services Associates own projects from start to finish, and work with clients to provide information and solutions until the issue is resolved. They are hands-on contributors, thriving in a dynamic environment with a passion for creating client-focused solutions. Client Services Associates interact and collaborate daily with clients, analysts, software developers and the Client Services team via video conference calls, emails, and messaging platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and become proficient with Investortools' industry-leading software.
  • Study and be willing to learn about the world of fixed income investments.
  • Focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service.
  • Provide comprehensive support to users via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Work closely with clients and developers to manage short- and long-term projects.
  • Analyze and clearly communicate complex problems and then provide effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with our client's IT department for initial product installation including integrating our software into clients' other systems and business processes.
  • Train our client users on how to integrate our software products into their daily workflow.
  • Occasional travel to financial centers throughout the United States.

What You Bring:

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science, Business, Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering, or similar fields.
  • Desire to learn and support a robust software suite.
  • Willingness to learn the complex municipal and corporate bond market.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage projects & meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Able to work collaboratively across disciplines with excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Coursework or experience in the financial industry.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills.
  • Database and programming exposure.
  • A natural curiosity and desire to challenge yourself and those around you.

As an Investortools Client Services Associate you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our clients. Specifically, you will:

  • Deliver value and exceptional service to our clients to build and maintain client loyalty.
  • Recognize and assess underlying client needs, providing targeted solutions that address core problems.
  • Possess a strong passion for problem solving and client service, connecting with our clients through all channels of communication.
  • Engage with clients in a way that inspires trust and the opportunity to build a deep relationship, by being timely and efficient in resolving client needs.
  • Display ownership to resolve client issues and act as an internal champion for your client.
  • Navigate sometimes ambiguous client issues by working collaboratively with the client and internal partners to clarify problems and develop efficient solutions.
  • Build collaborative relationships with team members to contribute towards attaining individual, team, and department objectives.

This is an exempt position anticipated to be between $60,000 to $80,000 annual salary based on experience and knowledge shown in the interview process.
