Client Advocate Specialist

SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing effective, real-time, resolution to all inquiries that come in from clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Act as point of contact for client inquiries, manage shared email folders to respond to client inquiries and handle incoming client calls.
- Provide status updates and problem resolution at point of service.
- Distribute emails that require assistance in other operational units.
- Provide follow up and status updates to clients to ensure inquiry is resolved timely and to the clients' satisfaction.
- Document and categorize client inquiries within the system using the appropriate tasking codes and notations to report on all inquiries.
- Assist clients on all products and provide follow up status and tracking to clients until there is resolution.
- Manage a task queue, track inquiries throughout resolution process to ensure turn times and SLA's are met or exceeded.
- Potential attendance at after hour Company events.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Strong knowledge of Title Residential Information Services.
- Industry experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions throughout the workday.
- Must be able to work approved and requested overtime, by supervisor.
- Repetitive and continual typing motion is required.
