POSITION OVERVIEW

Our Client Solutions Specialist serves as the first stop for our clients when they call in with any transactional or administrative needs – everything from opening + transferring accounts to 401k plan participant inquiries to money transfers. Our Client Solutions Specialist works hand-in-hand with our Advisory team in gathering and preparing information and paperwork for client inquiries and meetings. They are directly and individually responsible for Workflow, Client Service Matrix completion and Net Promoter Score goals. Pay will be based on knowledge + experience brought to the role.

PREFERRED SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS

o    1 – 3 years’ experience working in a client service role, preferably for a financial services firm

o    Solid knowledge of key financial terms and products

o    Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail

o    Working knowledge of Microsoft applications + Salesforce

o    Demonstrated passion for playing a key supporting role

o    Consistently able to prioritize work and multitask

o    Demonstrated ability to think forward and pivot when needed

o    Natural ability to problem solve

o    Thrives in a fast-paced environment
