Position(s): Business Generalist - (paid) Rotational Development Program in our PCV Global Product and Technology Center in Tucson, Arizona.

Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Rotational Development Program for Individual Contributor positions.

This program offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple departments within our organization, including customer service, purchasing, planning, unit management, and logistics.

Participants will rotate through these departments over a one year period gaining valuable skills and insights into various facets of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with team members in customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Assist the purchasing department in sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
* Support the planning team in forecasting demand, optimizing inventory levels, and coordinating production schedules.
* Gain exposure to unit management by assisting with project management, budgeting, and performance analysis.
* Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate transportation, distribution, and warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma/GED Required.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
