* Individuals will have the opportunity to lead development of responsible parts from styling concept to mass production
* Lead Development of Concept Sections and Surfaces
* Negotiate with Supplier, Styling and Surrounding Part Engineers to develop best design
* Develop and release BOM for responsible parts
* Lead resolution of Proto and Pilot build issues
* Launch vehicle


* Mentor junior engineers in development of Body Mechanism components
* Create and present technical reports to communicate project status and results
* Assess current design and recommend engineering improvements
* Travel up to 15% of the time domestically and internationally

Required Experience & Qualifications:

* Experience in one or more areas of Body Mechanism Components required: Wipers, Mirrors, Windshield, Washer Systems
* Knowledge of US regulations is required
* Knowledge of design, manufacturing, and assembly of Body Mechanism components is required
* Experience utilizing Computer-Aided Design tools (capability in CATIA V5 ideal, but not required)
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
* 10+ years of experience
* Valid Driver's License & satisfactory driving record
