Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and be able to handle various tasks related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:

* Contact customers regarding past-due accounts
* Match up received paperwork with accounts payable
* Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations
* Assist with other accounting tasks as needed
* Work with Lien Waiver process
* Process credit applications
* Contact References

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Physical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. You must be able to lift light to moderate weight and sit for extended periods to complete your computer job.
