**Description**

**General Description:**

As an Image Processing Intern, you will be involved in processing aerial digital imagery for mapping purposes, which is collected during flights.

**Essential Duties:**

+ Create, edit, and review digital imagery.

+ Perform digital image mosaicking, color balancing, and editing tasks.

+ Manage, track, produce, and archive large quantities of data.

+ Complete projects within set deadlines to meet customer requirements.

+ Conduct quality assurance checks on all products.

**Education, Experience, and Skills:**

+ Preferred coursework in Geography/GIS or related fields

+ Knowledge of maps and geographic coordinates is advantageous.

+ Ability to comprehend aerial imagery and its characteristics.

+ Familiarity with ESRI products and/or AutoCAD is beneficial.

+ Experience with Photoshop is a plus.
