Responsibilities

Coordinate and/or lead assigned project(s).

* Can establish trust and build strong relationships with clinicians, leadership and partners
* Able to communicate with various levels of users within the organization
* Writes clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles while tailoring the message based on audience
* Ability to document clearly and concisely for communications and workflows
* Embraces change and is not limited to past or current thinking: willing to try new methods
* Disseminates communications as needed (physical flyers, safety huddles, department rounds)
* Onbarding readiness preparation
* EHR Training, Dragon, EPCS, at-the-elbow support, rounding/end user adoption
* Project go-live support (rounds, elbow support, training, etc)
* Downtime / outage support

Requirements

Education:

* High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
* Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.



Additional Preferences

* Clinical experience in a hospital setting
* EHR experience, preferably Cerner
* Healthcare IT
