Corgan is looking for an experienced Workforce Planning Specialist eager to work in a fast-paced team environment within the Architecture industry. This individual will support workforce planning for the Data Centers sector at Corgan. This person will exercise good judgement, have strong data analysis skills, verbal and written communication skills, be organized, and manage multiple competing priorities without sacrificing quality of work. The Workforce Planning Specialist will represent Corgan’s culture, philosophy, and brand by assisting others in a client-centric, courteous and professional manner.

 

The Corgan Workforce Planning Specialist is charged with providing the leadership and business acumen necessary to partner with Principals, Project Managers, and other client facing sector personnel.


In this role, you will be responsible for building a short and long-term staffing model to ensure the team can continuously meet client service levels in an efficient manner.

 

Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Forecast staffing needs
  • Staff architectural projects in accordance to labor budgets and project needs
  • Financial analysis for market sector
  • Manage and configure staffing analysis
  • Manage and assist with development of in-house staffing process
  • Assemble growth plans and help maintain utilization
  • Manage special projects from application development to career path guideline revamps
  • Assist with staffing issues as needed
  • Collate and review historical staffing data for projects

Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create and maintain a short and long-term forecast for the team staffing levels in order to adequately meet our Service Level Agreements
  • Work closely with leadership to build and monitor budget plans in accordance with existing financial procedures
  • Work closely with management to plan future hiring as needed
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate workforce utilization and opportunities for improvement to leadership and various stakeholders
  • Assist Team Management with tracking core competencies for Architects, Project Specialists, and Project Coordinators

If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management and Analytics; AEC industry preferred, but not required
  • Ability to extract (preferably SQL), manipulate, and analyze data from several sources
  • Experience in Planifi Project Analyzer, Vantagepoint (Deltek) a plus
  • Prior experience working with groups of 200+ across multiple office locations and time zones
