**Overview**

The Distribution Driver Helper is responsible for assisting delivery drivers with assigned route delivery functions.

**Primary Responsibilities**

+ Deliver products as invoiced to specified licensed retailers

+ Check-in invoiced orders with customers in a friendly, courteous manner

+ Collect and return all payments as required

+ Account for all invoices of merchandise delivered and merchandise returned

+ Collect empty boxes to be used for redelivery, as needed

+ Ensure delivery logs are completed as required

+ Ensure check-in procedures are followed daily

+ Attend monthly safety meetings

+ Take only safety courses and other classes as needed

+ Report all moving violations to management

+ Drive equipment in a professional and safe manner, as needed within licensing requirements

+ Perform other related duties as assigned

**Additional Primary Responsibilities**

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ 1 years of experience

+ Must obtain Class A or B Commercial Driver's License

+ Experience in a warehousing environment

+ Knowledge of other MS Office Suite and/or software applications related to job functions

+ Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical/problem solving, problem management, presentation development, presentation, and communications skills

**Physical Demands**

+ Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine

+ Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping

+ May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 45lbs
