Overview

Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a role available in the City of Industry We are looking for a Delivery Driver to join our team. Join a strong and continuously evolving transportation group, helping to continue to grow our business. If you're eager for your next challenge, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step. The CDL or Non-CDL Delivery Driver will be responsible for making 15-25 stops per day on a local route all while operating a box truck safely and defensively. The driver will utilize a pallet jack, dolly, and lift gate to offload the merchandise and transport it to the customers. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 5:00 am until finish.

Responsibilities

You will:

* Safely operate a box truck or trailer
* Load and unload cargo
* Properly track and document activity log
* Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
* Inspect the truck before and after trip

Qualifications

You have:

* Clear MVR
* 1 year of lift gate experience
* 1 year of active and recent Delivery Driver experience
* Electric Pallet Jack experience is a plus
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted
* A valid commercial driver's license
* Strong work ethic
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam.

Salary: $20/hr.Shift: 5:00am - 3:30pmSign on Bonus: $2500 AFTER 90 DAYS
