AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE - STUDENT TECHNICIAN

Platinum Preowned located at 1119 Harrisburg Pike Carlisle, Pa 17013 is seeking an Automotive Service Student Technician to join our team

  • A valid State Driver's License is required for employment
  • Licensed for PA State Inspections and Emissions (can be obtained after hire)

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE TECHNICIAN (include but are not limited to):
  • Evaluate & Perform Required & Recommended Maintenance Repairs
  • Perform Lube, Oil and Filter changes
  • Observe seasoned technicians
  • Take guidance from shop leaders and management

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE TECHNICIAN ROLE:
  • Willing to complete manufacturer training and certifications
  • Self-Motivated with an excellent attitude
  • Team Player
  • Dependability
  • Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Strong desire to learn automotive mechanical diagnosis and repair
