Duties:
  • The applicant shall serve as a course administrator for an in-residence program and shall provide instruction, and guidance to students enrolled in the program.
  • The applicant shall adhere to the guidelines, deadlines, agendas, and plans of action to accomplish assigned objectives and to provide support.
  • The applicant shall coordinate the invited Guest Speakers for Second Resident Course. Request and verify lodging for Guest Speakers.
  • The applicant Assist the Second Year Education Technicians with assigning students/seminars to hotels. Assist with selecting students to introduce guest speakers.
  • The applicant shall assist with the preparation of online course content materials.
  • The applicant shall assist with the composing and editing for course scripts to be given to the Instructional Support Group.
  • The applicant shall assist the Course Director with the execution of the two-week SRC which includes classroom instruction, lectures, staff rides, and seminar activities.
Qualifications:
  • The applicant shall be able to abide by all applicable regulations, publications, manuals, and local policies and procedures.
Education/Experience:
  • The applicant shall possess a Joint Professional Military Education Phase.
  • The applicant shall possess master's degree from an accredited graduate degree granting institution in a discipline relevant to a major field of study within the U. S. Army War College.
