Call Center Representative (278820)
Schedule: FTE 1.0, Day shift, 07:00a - 03:30p, schedule works every other weekend
This position is responsible for handling incoming, outgoing and inter-office calls in a timely and efficient manner, while simultaneously responding to all hospital emergency codes. Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately by utilizing customer service skills to optimize the opportunity of each customer contact. Use technology tools as directed and within established guidelines. Required to maintain confidentiality of Swedish Medical Center's customers and data.

Required qualifications:
* Recent clerical or customer service experience.
Preferred qualifications:
* Prior Call Center and experience on automated telephone systems.
* Experience in a customer contact or relevant service industry.
