Compensation

Job Summary
Our Junk Removal Specialists are important front-line team members of our business. They are the face of the company to our valued customers. We build the best teams to deliver on our promises. Responsibilities
  • Safely load, transport, and unload customer items in accordance with state and local laws
  • Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues
  • Engage with customers to explain our value and facilitate purchase
  • Maintain and reinforce a safety-first culture
  • Assist with local marketing efforts
  • Support and promote company values
  • Support recruiting of new team members 
  • Assist in training new hires
  • Help us to embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement ideas
  • Attend all mandatory training, meetings & events
  • Complete all jobs according to company standards, practices, and mission statement
Qualifications
  • Be a people person – this is a customer-facing role
  • Learn the skills of both Navigator and Driver positions
  • Ability to learn and use mobile app's in the field 
  • Attention to detail in understanding basic truck operation, maintenance, and care
  • Maintain a valid driver's license with good driving record (CDL is NOT required)
  • Be at least 21 years of age (DOT regulation for drivers)
  • Must be able to commute to/from our location reliably
  • Supply own mobile phone (company will provide tablets as needed for on-the-job duties)
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs safely
