Day to day as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

As a new PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Hilltop Manor, you can expect a rewarding and engaging workday filled with meaningful interactions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting residents with daily living activities. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans tailored to each resident's needs. In this role, you will embrace a flexible schedule, working on an as-needed basis, which may include weekends and night shifts.

This allows you to adapt your work hours to fit your lifestyle while ensuring our residents receive the care and attention they deserve.
