Job title: Calero TEM Administrator
US-Remote

Job summary
- Manage the implementation and configuration of the Calero TEM system.
- Monitor and analyse telecommunications expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of telecom assets, invoices, and contracts.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize telecom services and streamline processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to enhance telecom expense management strategies.
- Proficiency in utilizing Calero TEM software and other relevant telecom expense management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders across departments.
- 4-6 Years of experience in telecom expense management or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards and regulations is advantageous.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in utilizing Calero TEM software and other relevant telecom expense management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders across departments.
- 4-6 Years of experience in telecom expense management or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards and regulations is advantageous.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Telecom Expense Management Professional (CTEMP) or Certified TEM Auditor (CTA) will be preferred.
