Customer Experience Specialist

Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across the facility, including bathrooms, floors, glass, surfaces, door handles, and trash management.
- Oversee daily car placement, vehicle cleanliness, and lot marketing activities.
- Greet customers, take orders, and engage with them to ensure satisfaction and enhance their experience.
- Provide post-finance cider and chocolate service to elevate the customer delivery process.
- Manage snacks, coffee, drinks, and materials replenishment in the coffee lounge.
- Coordinate and manage cleaning services and inventory replenishment, including vending machines and delivery materials.
- Handle administrative tasks such as bank runs, office errands, and inventory checks (weekly on Wednesdays).
- Capture and share customer delivery experiences on social media and collect customer testimonials through videos.
- Collaborate with the dealership coordinator to ensure seamless execution of responsibilities.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
