Job Title: Billing Clerk

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Billing Clerk. As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and tracking invoices, providing customer service, and ensuring timely and accurate billing for our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Processing and sending out invoices to clients
* Monitoring accounts receivable and following up on outstanding payments
* Verifying and reconciling billing information
* Providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies
* Maintaining accurate records of billing activities and communicating with internal teams as needed
* Collaborating with team members to improve billing processes and procedures

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or related field preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
