We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Biller/Contract Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for processing billing invoices, maintaining accurate records of contracts and agreements, and ensuring timely payment collection.

Responsibilities:

* Generate and submit billing invoices to clients in a timely manner
* Monitor and track payments to ensure timely collection
* Review and confirm accuracy of billing information
* Maintain detailed records of contracts and agreements
* Assist in the preparation of contracts and agreements
* Respond to billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
* Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing and contract details
* Assist in month-end financial reporting processes

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
* 2+ years of experience in billing, contract management, or related field
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with billing software and contract management systems is a plus
