We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations to influence the design of products and services. This position requires a talented individual who can lead the development and execution of user research programs, ensuring that user-centered design principles are applied to deliver intuitive and valuable user experiences.

3Ci's Client is a leading retail company in Atlanta. They are committed to providing innovative solutions and exceptional user experiences to their customers.

Required Education and Experience

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Anthropology, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in UX Research, preferably in a senior role
* Proven experience in conducting user research activities such as usability testing, user interviews, surveys, persona development, and journey mapping
* Demonstrable experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with stakeholders
* A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
* Experience working in design for ecommerce, retail, and/or supply chain

General Requirements

* Proficiency in using UX research tools and software
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate user needs, pain points, and behaviors effectively
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Preferred Requirements

* Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams is preferred

Essential Functions

* Lead the development and execution of user research programs, considering both user needs and business objectives
* Plan, conduct, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research, including usability testing, contextual inquiries, surveys, interviews, and competitive analysis
* Collaborate closely with Product/UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineers to translate research data into innovative design solutions
* Develop and maintain personas, journey maps, behaviors, and workflow analyses
* Foster a culture of test and learn, establishing best practices and methodologies for user research
* Communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders effectively
* Advocate for the user throughout the product development process
* Perform other tasks as required
