Responsible for successfully managing the organizational and administrative operations of Logan Memorial Hospital Patient Financial Services. Performing supervisory duties including hiring, training, evaluating, and the day-to-day management of all aspects of Registration, Scheduling and PBX departments. They will assist with developing/implementing policies and procedures that guide or support services, assess and improved performance. Emphasis will be placed on customer service, patient satisfaction, staff development and fiscal goals. The registration Supervisor will collaborate and coordinate with Patient Financial Services Director. Promote a positive attitude and working environment.
Regulatory Requirements:
* High School graduate
* Ability to work with physicians and staff in a collaborative manner.
* Completed medical terminology course preferred.
* Supervisory experience preferred.
Language Skills:
* Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
Skills:
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Excellent customer service skills.
