Job Description
S. W. Collins company is looking for a part-time office assistant to join our Presque Isle Team The applicant must possess strong math skills, be proficient in basic computer applications, and the ability to communicate well with customers and coworkers in person, over the phone, and via email and teams.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following: 
  • Answer phones & direct customer calls
  • Daily cash drawer reconciliation
  • Assist customers over the phone & in-person with any account inquiries
  • Complete bank deposits
  • Retrieve mail from the post office
  • Assisting with company events as needed
  • Assist office manager and store manager with tasks and projects as needed
  • Sales counter coverage as needed
