Responsibilities
Ascension Wisconsin has an exciting opportunity in Downtown Milwaukee for a Neurosurgeon to join our busy Neurosciences Program at our Downtown Tertiary care Hospital.
OPPORTUNITY
Join a well-established practice in a high-growth area of Milwaukee with the opportunity to become busy immediately, consisting of:
* Comprehensive Stroke Center
* Statewide Neurosciences Line
* Full range of service available for patients
* Excellent Primary Care Referral Base
* Interest and desire to do general Neurosurgery: spine and cranial work
* Interventional Pain Program
* Highly competitive Compensation Package including initial salary guarantee, sign on bonus, relocation expenses, covered malpractice

Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
* Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
Preferred Credential(s):
* Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA). Verified by local Credentialing Office.
* BE/BC Neurosurgery
Education:
* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
