Job Description:

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our client's premier banking services. This role is more than a job; it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing top-notch customer experiences. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with inquiries related to their premier banking services.
  • Handling various financial transactions, including payments, card-related issues, and account management.

Qualifications:
