THE ROLE

The Position: Maximize part sales and profitability. Keeping good relationships with customers. Purchasing. Inventory control. Managing my people. Shop sales. Shipping and receiving. Quotes. Cycle counts. Matching payables. Invoicing. Working with salesman. Going over morning reports. Directing daily deliveries. Forklift training.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Evaluate performance and profitability of the parts.
* Making sure we take care of our customers, by visiting them and calling them to make sure they are happy

with our service.

* Running reorder reports and ordering parts from PDC, or other vendors.
* Making sure we order properly to get the best price and keeping the proper level of inventory.
* Doing daily cycle counts.
* Working with my team to make sure they are properly trained in their job responsibilities.
* Working with shop Manager on shop pricing.
* Doing quotes for my salesman and keeping up with quotes in the computer.
* Going over payables every day, making sure they match, and not sending to be paid until they are billed

out.

* Taking orders over the phone and invoicing.
* Working with my salesman on any help he needs to make his goals.
* Going over morning reports to see how we did the day before.
* Doing forklift training.
* Managing any HR issues.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Your skills and abilities (required qualifications)

* Education: High School education or higher
* Experience: 5 or more years of experience in the industry
* Skills: Communication skills.
* Very good customer service skills.
* Inventory control management.
* Safety and OSHA rules.
* Good computer skills.
* Product knowledge.
* Being able to motivate people.
* Travel: None.

* Physical demands: Working on forklift. Sitting for long periods of time in front of computer.
* Work environment: Calling on customers 25% of the time, the rest is spent in the office. Exposure to shop

noise. Working on phone and in warehouse checking in and putting away parts.
