Customer Service Representative

Essential Duties:
- Achieve parts and service business objectives by generating profitable revenue.
- Conduct B2B sales calls to understand customer needs and offer solutions.
- Quote and sell parts, preventative maintenance contracts, and warehouse products.
- Conduct customer forklift training sessions to ensure safe and efficient use of equipment.
- Develop and manage territory to maximize coverage and customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in material handling or related industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to resolving customer issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to track sales and customer interactions.
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
- Ability to meet the physical demands and duration of exertion required for all job functions.
