Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center is excited to be hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our exceptional team We’re offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time CNAs and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for Part-Time CNAs, paid evenly over 26 pay periods That’s $384.61 per pay period for Full-Time and $192.30 for Part-Time If you're passionate about providing outstanding care in a supportive and rewarding environment, apply today and start your exciting journey with us

What’s Available?

  • 8-hour shifts
  • AM shift – Part-Time (.8 or .6)
  • PM shift – Full-Time or Part-Time
  • NOC shift – Every other weekend

Is there a shift differential?
Yes We offer shift differentials for PM and NOC shifts – more details can be shared during the interview.

As a CNA at Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center, you’ll work closely with our Director of Nursing Marcia and Nurse Managers to provide high-quality care to our residents. You'll assist with daily activities, ensure their safety, and offer compassionate support to make each day better for those we care for.

Requirements:

  • Active WI Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Passion for working with the aging population
  • Ability to work rotating weekends
