Job Summary:
Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in providing healthcare services to consumers, ensuring their comfort and well-being. As part of our team at Integrity Residential Services, you will interact directly with consumers, performing day-to-day tasks and maintaining a professional environment.

Responsibilities:
* Provide instruction and assistance in daily activities and routines such as:
• Personal Hygiene - bathing/showering, grooming, nail care, and oral care
• Dressing - assisting with weather-appropriate clothing and physically dress/undress
• Eating - the ability to assist with oral feeding, G-tubes, or J-tubes
• Toileting - the ability to assist with transfers on/off of the toilet, commode, or changing incontinence products, ostomy, and catheter care
• Transferring/Mobility - assisting from seated to standing position, getting in/out of bed, and the ability to use equipment such as a hoyer lift or EZ-stand lift

* Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs):
• Transportation - If applicable, driving consumers, arranging rides, or assisting to set up public transportation
• Meal preparation - meal planning, cooking, cleaning up, storage, and the ability to safely use kitchen equipment and utensils
• Shopping - ability to make appropriate food and clothing purchase decisions
• Housework - laundry, washing dishes, dusting, vacuuming, and maintain a hygienic place of residence
• Administration of Medications - orally, g-tube, topically, SQ injections, eye, ear, rectal, nasal, and inhalers

Key Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistance Certification
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Functional reading and writing skills
* Ability to work flexible hours and unconventional schedules, including evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays
* Able to pass Care Giver background requirements per state law

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and location.
