**About the Role**

Under the direction of the Nurse Manager your responsibilities will include:

+ Providing supportive daily care and services in accordance with the resident's care plan

+ Escorting residents to and from meals, activities etc., when needed

+ Proactively identifying, developing and executing solutions to enhance the resident living experience
