We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Marycrest, a member of Trinity Health Senior Communities. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Serve meals in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that they are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
- Perform proper setting of tables and assist with daily or scheduled cleaning duties.
- Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations and established policies and procedures.
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning procedures, ensuring that utensils and equipment are readily available for the next meal.
- Follow safety regulations and precautions at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- On-the-job training provided, previous experience in food service preferred.
- Previous experience working in long-term care or with the geriatric population preferred.
- Must possess outstanding communication skills and be able to follow oral and written instructions.
- Must possess superior customer service skills.
