Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Marycrest, a member of Trinity Health Senior Communities. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve meals in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that they are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
  • Perform proper setting of tables and assist with daily or scheduled cleaning duties.
  • Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations and established policies and procedures.
  • Assist with dishwashing and cleaning procedures, ensuring that utensils and equipment are readily available for the next meal.
  • Follow safety regulations and precautions at all times.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • On-the-job training provided, previous experience in food service preferred.
  • Previous experience working in long-term care or with the geriatric population preferred.
  • Must possess outstanding communication skills and be able to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Must possess superior customer service skills.
