  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Confirm information and perform follow-ups for the agent.
  • Interact with all different types of people in a professional manner, our office is very involved with the community.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft office including Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Able to learn computer functions
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
