Primary Responsibilities:

* Perform comprehensive eye health and vision examinations
* Diagnose disease and vision disorders
* Counsel patients regarding their vision needs
* Collegial group practice with a large referral base
* Supported by knowledgeable staff and team of skilled ophthalmic technicians
* Work closely with our own Ophthalmology physicians

Required Qualifications:

* Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
* Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
* Licensed by National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO)

New York Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $104,700 to $190,400 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
