Job Summary:

Compounds and dispenses medications and other pharmaceutical supplies, using standard physical and chemical procedures to fill written prescriptions issued by physicians, dentists, and other qualified prescribers. Manages the Oncology Infusion Area of Pharmacy Department.

Requirements:

* 2-3 years Infusion Pharmacist experience
* USP 797/800 Competent
* NYS Registered Pharmacist license
