Description & Requirements

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks two Paralegal Managers for the Case Management (CMF) team to be responsible for the management and administration of personnel, firm work product needs, fulfillment of client priorities, implementation and maintenance of processes and systems within the CMF Team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage daily work intake, workflow, and processes for paralegals and project assistant teams (20%).
* Ensure employees understand and achieve Case Management Facility team goals, providing regular and consistent communications regarding individual and team performance (15%).
* Ensure completion and approval of daily billing and time tracking through Firm applications, coaching team members on non-compliance to policy (15%).
* Oversee enforcement of billing guidelines, ensuring standard verbiage is documented as expected by clients and firm (15%).
* Support Leadership with the identification of client priorities, implementing processes, and workflows to achieve goals (15%).
* Oversee special projects relevant to assigned paralegal and project teams ensuring work is performed as expected (10%).
* Direct and ensure employee utilization of documented processes for consistency (10%).

REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily, with attention to detail. Excellent client service is expected. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
* Ability to communicate with and understand the needs of internal clients
