Restoration/Mitigation Technician

PuroClean Emergency Restoration is looking for an experienced restoration technician to join our team in the Linthicum Heights, MD area. Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 7:30-4pm with a mandatory on call rotation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time employees after a 90-day trial period.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Water extraction
* Demolition
* Clean-up
* Projection documentation and photographing throughout mitigation process
* Contents cleaning and pack out

Qualifications:

* A minimum of 1 years' experience working in the restoration mitigation industry
* IICRC Restoration Industry Certification in Fire & Smoke Restoration, Water Restoration, and/or Mold Remediation
* Energetic, reliable and positive team member who is willing to learn new skills and have a "can do" attitude
* Stronger customer service skills. Able to interact directly with clients and provide exceptional customer service
* Ability to navigate through smartphone/tablet
* Ability to work overtime in response to emergency situations after normal business hours is required
* Ability to lift 50lbs
* Ability to perform labor intensive work- often in unsanitary/dirty conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Baltimore, MD

Requirements: Driver's license, must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
