The Corporate Paralegal is responsible for supporting and completing the corporate legal workflow of the Marco's Legal Team. This position primarily works within Marco's corporate structures on various legal affairs of Marco's, and will also complete other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements include:

* Monitor contract management system. Assist in initial contract review, revisions, and execution of corporate-level contracts according to department guidelines; maintain copies of executed contracts in electronic files; track and communicate expiration dates to key stakeholders; audit and follow up to ensure timely execution/renewal of contracts as needed.
* Monitor corporate trademark portfolio. Compile information needed for trademark filings/renewals and track appropriate deadlines; prepare cease & desist letters on unauthorized trademark usage and follow up until infringement is resolved.
* Work on various aspects of corporate governance, including ownership transfers of investors/key stakeholders, meeting minutes, corporate loan documentation, and state entity filings. Track and communicate relevant deadlines to key stakeholders.
* Provide litigation support to internal counsel, including discovery, calendaring response/hearing dates, litigation holds, and maintaining files; communicate relevant information to key stakeholders.
* Complete ad-hoc projects and provide various administrative & legal support to the Legal Team as assigned.

Work Requirements:

Required:

* Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field
* 10 or more years of prior work experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, with a proven record of successful growth and development.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience working with contracts and business entity structures.

Preferred:

* Bachelor's degree or post-baccalaureate certificate in Paralegal Studies or related field
* Prior experience working in-house
