Electrical Systems Technician

Description:

5 + years of experience with either Navy/Army Standards/Requirements.

Technicians design, install, operate, and maintain state-of-the-art information systems and electrical systems and equipment.

Perform the functions of a computer system analyst, operate telecommunications systems including automated networks and the full spectrum of data links and circuits.

Incident and problem processing, change request processing, availability management and user interaction

Additional Duties May Include:

Installation of typical computer items into various chassis and equipment designs, including, but not limited to network switches, connectors and cabling, power supplies and computer servers.

Packing and unpacking of equipment for receipt and shipping.

Completion of check lists and assembly documentation.

Experience integrating computer equipment racks and computer systems including dressing cabling.

Experience with cabling and wire routing.

Experience with managing ISO 9001 process and procedures.

General computer component familiarity.
