Job Description
* Obtain and review monthly trust statements from Banks and TPA Services to determine collateral adequacy
* Coordinate with Credit and Underwriting to ensure required legal agreements received and reflect approved credit terms.
* Assist in finalizing legal agreements including changes to legal documentation
* Oversee DocuSign process for required legal agreements
* Ensure compliance and reconciliation of required collateral
* Assist in ensuring compliance with Credit Policy Guidelines
* Maintaining and reviewing cash applications and withdraws of collateral to the correct general ledger accounts and accounting periods, contracts.
* Assist in ensuring compliance with Credit Policy Guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or other related field, or relevant work experience
* 0 to 3 years of proven Insurance related credit experience with emphasis on policies and procedures
* Analytical and organizational skills preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi task
Proficient in Excel
