Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area

This position is responsible for the continuum of care of patients within Surgical Services that fall within the assigned specialty or group of specialties. It is imperative this person work with a sense of urgency in support of patient safety, surgeon satisfaction, and overall efficiencies of the operating room department.

Position/Opportunity Highlights:

Qualifications:

* Must be a graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Surgical Technology program
* Certified Surgical Technologist Credential administered by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) - in lieu of certification, 10 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist is required.
* BLS for Healthcare Provider from AHA, ARC, or AHSI within 30 days of hire
* One year OR experience
