Job Description

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Graduate Practical Nurse (GPN) is responsible for the provision of patient care including assigned procedures and medication administration. The GPN must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served. While maintaining patient/customer confidentiality, the GPN promotes good public relations and applies and implements the philosophy, goals and objectives of Tennova Healthcare - Clarksville.

Requirements:

* Recent graduate from an approved, accredited School of Nursing (RN program)
* BLS certification required
* Medical terminology preferred
