**Job Title:** Medical Rehabilitation Nurse
**Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team at Johnson Regional Medical Center. As a member of our inpatient care team, you will provide direct and indirect patient care, communicating effectively with physicians, nurse managers, and coworkers to ensure seamless care coordination.
**Responsibilities:)
- Provide head-to-toe assessments and reassessments as per policy, demonstrating competency in geriatric and general patient populations.
- Manage pain effectively, utilizing appropriate techniques and educating patients and families about pain management.
- Develop and revise individualized plans of care based on patient responses to treatment, evaluating the overall plan daily for effectiveness.
- Perform waived testing (point-of-care testing) according to Clinical Laboratory's and resident care unit's policies and procedures.
**Requirements:**
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or LPN program.
- Current state Registered Nurse Licensure within the state of practice.
- Current BLS certification.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience.
