PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center is searching for a dedicated RN House Supervisor (Per Diem, Variable Shift) to join our team.

In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care by providing leadership and support to our nursing staff.

What you'll do:

* Provide leadership and guidance to staff
* Manage resources and ensure fiscal responsibility
* Respond to emergencies and coordinate care
* Promote problem-solving and patient safety

What you bring:

* Current Washington or Multistate RN license
* BLS & ACLS certifications
* 2+ years of experience in acute care setting
* BSN or MSN preferred; must obtain BSN with 3 years of hire.
