As a House Supervisor at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington, you'll be at the heart of a team dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care. Position is two 12 hour weekly shifts; 1830-0700. This is your chance to:

What you'll do:
* Provide leadership and support for your nursing team.
* Oversee patient care, ensuring quality and safety protocols are met.
* Collaborate with staff, physicians, and management to optimize patient flow.
* Respond to emergencies and coordinate care teams.
* Foster a positive and professional work environment.
What you bring:
* Current Washington or Multistate RN license.
* BLS & ACLS certifications.
* 2 years of RN experience in acute care setting.
* BSN or MSN preferred, or BSN completion within 3 years.
* Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
* Passion for patient care and teamwork.
