Randstad Federal is seeking a Customer Experience Expert in support of a program at IRS

location: Frederick, Maryland

job type: Contract

salary: $70 - 80 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

+ Lead role understanding the application of Customer Experience (CX) within the context of a Federal Agency including specific methodologies and techniques that would be leveraged in context of citizens and recipients of agency services.

+ Demonstrable skills in Heuristic evaluation methods, observation techniques, research formats (surveys, observation, interviews, etc.), and customer experience journey mapping.

+ Experience in assessing and filtering insights, generating and framing insights; and Generating ideas with the end goal of making insights and ideas actionable.

+ Core competencies include modeling, written, analytical, and communication skills.

+ Additional competencies include relationship building, problem solving, product knowledge, and digital literacy.
