As the Night and Weekend Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during our busiest hours, and you'll have the opportunity to learn valuable management skills.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Manage night shifts and weekends ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

+ Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they deliver high-quality service.

+ Oversee inventory and order supplies as needed.

+ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

+ Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.

**Requirements:**

+ High school degree or equivalent.

+ Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.

+ Ability to work night shifts and weekends.

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills.

+ Strong problem-solving abilities.
