Location: Bristol, CT

Type of role: Fee for Service

Option of:

Full-time (120 Clinical hours a month = 30-35 clients/week) 

Part-time (10 clients a week)

Stokes Counseling Services is a leader in mental health private practice and group practice within the state of Connecticut. We are made up of licensed clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCA, LMSW, MFTA) who provide an array of services, including individual, family, and group counseling. Headquartered in Naugatuck, CT, but also delivering telehealth services state-wide, we are committed to providing comprehensive therapy services that address the diverse needs of our communities.

This position is based within our in-home Families Are Made (FAM) program. We are a non-crisis outpatient level of care that allows clinicians to provide therapy services at a clients place of residence. Clinicians are not on call and are assigned to a set region of: Bristol, CT. Personal transportation is required for this role.

Benefits: 

Employees working at least 20 hours per week are eligible to participate in health and dental/vision insurance at the start of the 1st of the month after their first 30 days with the company. 

Full-time employees working at least 30 hours are eligible to participate in Stokes's full benefits package, which includes: 

  • Weekly supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians 
  • Free CEU training where clinicians can earn 15 hours towards their full license 
  • 2 weeks of PTO per year, accruing at 3.08 hours accrued per pay period
  • 12 paid company holidays per year
  • 3 days of bereavement leave 
  • 401(k): After 1 year, employees are eligible to participate in our 401k plan with a 100% match on up to 4% of your contributions 
  • Medical Insurance offered through Anthem
