SCOPE/POSITION OVERVIEW

Paralegal supports attorneys in high volume transactional legal matters.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Minimum of 2 years college course work or equivalent technical training required
* Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred
* Prior work experience in a corporate legal and/or corporate law firm environment required
* Previous experience with corporate contracts preferred
* Advanced level skills with Microsoft Word required

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

* Provide regular support for PGA TOUR's digital platforms, including the preparation, review and negotiation of vendor agreements and insertion orders.
* Prepare, review and negotiate commercial agreements for PGA TOUR-sanctioned tournaments, including title sponsorship, facilities and tournament agreements.
* Assist in the preparation, review, and negotiation of contractual arrangements, including: marketing agreements, vendor agreements, ticketing and hotel agreements, leases, independent contractor, consulting, and other business arrangements of the PGA TOUR, as directed.
* Support PGA TOUR Gaming, including on compliance and reporting matters.
* Assist with other legal matters across the various business divisions of the PGA TOUR.
* Special Projects or other duties as assigned.
