About the Role:
As a CNA at Columbine West Health & Rehab, you will:
* Deliver personalized care to residents, ensuring their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being as per individualized care plans.
* Assist with daily activities such as grooming, hygiene, feeding, toileting, and mobility, while maintaining residents' dignity and comfort.
* Uphold a restraint-free and abuse-free environment, promptly reporting any incidents or concerns.
* Observe and report changes in residents' conditions or behaviors to nursing staff.
* Maintain residents' skin integrity through proper care techniques.
* Conduct routine rounds to address residents' needs and respond promptly to requests for assistance.
* Accurately document care provided and adhere to safety and infection control procedures.
* Provide restorative care to help residents maintain or regain independence.
* Contribute to care plans and participate in care planning meetings.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
Experience and Education:
* AT least 17 years of age.
* High school diploma or GED preferred.
* A Certified Nursing Assistant License in the state of Colorado.
Skills:
* Ability to effectively able to read and interpret documents.
* Ability to communicate effectively.
* Basic mathematical skills.
* Ability to reason and problem solve.
* Basic technical skills.
* Knowledge of the aging process, dementia, and disabilities.

Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $19 - $30/hr. DOE, including shift differentials:
* Evening differential $2.00
* Overnight differential $3.00
* Weekend shift differential $2.00
